Hello! Welcome to our little online store, Whimsicute! ♥ We sell whimsical, cute, and happy self-produced stationery, stickers, tshirts, and various other crafts all designed by Little Miss Paintbrush / @chichilittle (IG).

We ship from the Philippines! ^^

✿ SHOP POLICIES ✿

~ Most of our items (excluding washi tapes, prints, and certain vinyl stickers) are self-produced at home, and are only made once they are ordered, unless we have existing stocks. After payment has been settled and confirmed, orders shall be prepared within 7-10 business days (excluding Sat, Sun, and holidays). Customers are kindly asked to be prepared to wait. ><

~ Payments can be made through:

International: Paypal

Local (within the Philippines): Paypal, Bank deposit, or G-Cash. Local buyers are asked to convert their own total into PHP, based on our fixed rate which is $1 = 48PHP (as of Feb 2021), then settle the payment within 48 hours. Failure to settle the payment within the said timeframe may result to your orders being cancelled and being flagged as bogus in future transactions. >< Please email us at whimsicute.store@gmail.com before the 48 hours expire in case you would like to extend your payment deadline, we'd be happy to help you out.

~ Regarding cancellations and refunds:

All sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot allow cancellations and refunds unless we have sent you the wrong products. Please understand that a lot of fees don't get returned to us. Should you have concerns about shipping, tracking, or the items you have received, please feel free to email us at whimsicute.store@gmail.com, and it'll be our pleasure to assist you.

~ Please keep in mind that most of our products are handmade / produced manually. While we do our best to make sure our items are in excellent condition before we pack them, sometimes they are still prone to small inconsistencies and imperfections. ;_; Also, most stickers, unless it's stated that they're made from vinyl, are made from paper hence they are not totally waterproof. Our stickers work best on paper projects and hobbies like journaling or scrapbooking. Please take this into consideration when buying our stationery.
